Privacy

The Natural Newborn understands that your privacy is important.  All information given to us from customers will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is FREE.  Your gift will be wrapped in brown kraft paper and tied with a twine ribbon that is compostable or can be used again.  A personalised gift card will also be included.  Please advise the gift card message in the Notes box when ordering and we will handwrite it in the gift card for that personal touch.

All Gift Vouchers are shipped FREE of charge.

Packaging

The Natural Newborn continuously strives to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill by reusing packaging material when sending parcels to our customers.  Therefore, your package may arrive wrapped in bubblewrap in a box that someone has previously sent to us.  We are always on the lookout for packaging materials from family and friends so that they aren't disposed of into our landfill.  In cases where we can't use recycled packaging we will post in recycleable postage bags.  We would like to encourage you to also reuse or recycle any packaging that we send to you.

Delivery

For delivery Australia wide the fee is $7.50.  We post orders via either ExpressPost or Registered Mail.  It is expected that your goods will arrive between 2-7 business days (we are in Perth so Eastern States customers may have a wait of approximately 5-7 business days).  For orders over $200 delivery is FREE within Australia.

Orders will be posted on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Delivery of bulky items will be via Fastways couriers.  If you are not home when it is delivered a card will be left and you can call them to arrange delivery at a convenient time for you.  They can not deliver to PO boxes.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail and expected delivery is 3-14 business days depending on which country you are in.  Please contact us via email for shipping prices and delivery times to your destination before checkout.

Ordering Options

The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart.

At this stage, payments can only be made by direct deposit or PayPal.  When paying by direct deposit products won't be dispatched until the full amount of money has been placed in our account.  For orders made by direct deposit the order will be held for 7 days and if payment hasn't been received the order will be cancelled and the products will be returned to stock.

If you would prefer to pay by credit card you are welcome to call or email me your credit card details.

Alternatively, if you prefer to order offline, we are more than happy to accept your order via email or post.  Please download the order form HERE.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).  Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

All international orders must be paid for by PayPal.  We will email you an invoice via PayPal.

Exchange Policy

In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisified with your purchase, the product may be returned within 14 days of purchase and a refund or replacement can be organised.

All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.  When returning the item please include the original invoice as proof of purchase.  Please email us at naturalnewborn@iinet.net.au to organise an exchange prior to returning the goods.

Sold Out Products

Our website is updated daily, however, if an item you selected is "out of stock" we will send you an email with an estimated delivery date or discuss with you an alternative product.
